WebWhen the red rash occurs I feel unbearably hot. It feels like my insides are cooking & like my skin is experiencing a sun burn. The red parts are hot to touch but the rest of my skin is not. Primarily caused by sun exposure & exercising but does happen randomly on its own. It happens on my face, arms, ankles, knees, thighs, and feet.
