Now, look for Controls tab and click on Add Control as shown below. Look for Rich Text Editor Control. Make sure you select the new Control on all formats (or wherever you want to apply)WebMutliline text fields in sharepoint can be set to a couple different modes, including allowing full formatting and text only. Full formatting is html, and that's what you're seeing. One solution is to change the field to text only. Please note, this is not something to be done lightly, as there is no undo for this.
