"Get the after dark" reads normal and "expansion here" is blurred. This happens everywhere in the UI. I forgot the exact name of the setting you need to lower, nay zero out, but it is there in the settings. Your screenshot looks like you've either got low LOD settings in a mod or a low game resolution and scaling it up to your display.
