WebJul 28, 2024 · Upon accreditation by HKGBC, BAS will support the assessment work of BEAM Society Limited (BSL). There are two modes for BAS to provide the service: Paid Service: BAS enters into Assessor Agreement with BSL. The BAS will be paid at the rates laid down in the Agreement. WebSince late 2010, HKGBC has trained and accredited more than 80 assessors through its annual recruitment exercise. The assessor workforce has been maintained at a strength that is adequate to cope with the workload of assessment. As of January 2024, 17 of these assessors are in-house staff of BSL.
WebBEAM Plus is a voluntary private sector initiative applicable to both new and existing buildings. It is administered by the BEAM society and recognized by the Hong Kong Green Building Council ( HKGBC), an industry-wide platform to drive the market transformation for sustainable buildings in Hong Kong.
